重點：保險10分是獨立、非官方的備試工具，提供原創筆記及練習，不保證考試結果，也不提供保險意見或銷售。全卷通行證屬一次性購買，付款及退款由 Apple／Google 處理。

1. 服務性質

保險10分是一個獨立、非官方的考試備試工具，提供原創精讀筆記、練習題、學習卡及模擬測驗。App 不是保險業監管局、職業訓練局、高峰進修學院（PEAK）、積金局或任何考試機構的官方產品，亦不提供保險意見、銷售、轉介或保單服務。

2. 內容與準確性

內容按公開考試範圍及香港相關法規重新編寫，沒有複製官方試題或受版權保護的教材。我們會盡力保持準確，但考試安排、法例、數字及政策可能更新；實際考試以官方最新公布為準。App 不保證任何考試結果。

3. 使用授權

我們授予你一個個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，在你擁有的裝置上使用本 App。你不得複製、轉售、反向工程、拆解或將內容用於商業再發佈，法律允許的情況除外。

4. 應用程式內購買

全卷通行證屬一次性、非消耗型購買，解鎖 App 內所有現有及未來新增的學習內容。購買由 Apple／Google 處理，退款須按該平台的退款政策申請。更換裝置或重裝 App 後，可使用「復原購買」重新解鎖。價格以商店顯示為準。

5. 免責聲明

本 App 按「現況」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不就因使用或無法使用本 App 而導致的間接或後果性損失承擔責任。你應自行判斷內容是否適合你的考試及專業需要。

6. 第三方連結

App 可能連結至官方機構或 Apple／Google 的網站。該等網站由其營運者負責，我們不控制其內容或私隱做法。

7. 適用法律

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如有爭議，雙方應先善意協商；未能解決時，交由香港法院處理。
